This systems guide is designed to bring together resources relating the Research Center's systems and software.
Having a technical issue? Not sure who to ask? For issues relating to library software (Alma, Primo, scanner software, etc.) ask Amanda. For anything else, open a ticket with IS. We do not have Administrator credentials on any accounts in the Research Center and can therefor not troubleshoot or fix any issues that require it. If there is an issue with any software that was already installed on your machine, required IS to install it, or is relating to AIC hardware it must go through IS.
