Reporting Issues

Please use e-mail Amanda to report problems with RC systems. Please include all necessary information for me to recreate the problem including any examples you have at the ready.

For Alma/Primo, if Amanda is not available, cases can be opened at the Ex Libris Support Portal. Again, include all information and examples needed for the problem to be recreated. 

Reporting Receipt Printer Issues

  1. Open an IS ticket and tell them the Research Center receipt printer server needs to be restarted.
  2. Sometimes, they will try to do something else that will not work. Tell them that Shannon normally restarts the server and this fixes any issues.
  3. Receipts should begin to print shortly after the restart. 
  4. If this does not work, circle Amanda in if she has not been already included on the ticket.
